Prairieland Players

Logo

The Prairieland Players formed in 1989 with the idea to have fun, make new friends, put on an entertaining show and raise money for the Prairieland Community Centre. Our first dinner theatre “Seven Year Itch” was performed in June, 1990.

Over the years we have had 23 full length productions at home, making over $115,000 net profit for upkeep and improvements to our community hall.

The Prairieland Players perform twice a year. The one act play starts in September and is performed in late October or early November. The full length play starts in January and is performed in March or April.

The Prairieland Players are also hosting TheatreOne 2012 on November 1-3, 2012 at the PCC.

If you would like to join or for more information please contact Shauna Meek at (306) 834-5549.
